Welcome to GetFood, the online grocery delivery platform ("Platform") operated by GetFood Inc. ("GetFood," "we," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the GetFood Platform, including the GetFood mobile application (the "Application") and the GetFood website located at GetFood (the "Website"). By using the GetFood Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Use of the GetFood Platform

a. Eligibility. To use the GetFood Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement with GetFood. By using the GetFood Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the GetFood Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or organization to this Agreement.

b. Account Registration. To use certain features of the GetFood Platform, you may be required to register for an account with GetFood. When you register for an account, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. You agree that the information you provide to GetFood during the account registration process and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify GetFood of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

c. Use of the GetFood Platform. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, GetFood grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the GetFood Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.

Purchases and Payments

a. Ordering. You may use the GetFood Platform to purchase groceries and other goods ("Products") from our own shop that offers their Products for sale through the GetFood Platform. To place an order for Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your delivery address and payment information. By placing an order, you agree to pay for the Products that you order, as well as any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges.

b. Payment. GetFood uses third-party payment processors to process payments for Products. By providing payment information to GetFood, you authorize GetFood to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method that you provide to GetFood. GetFood reserves the right to cancel any order or suspend any account if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of a payment method.

Delivery

a. Delivery Times. GetFood will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided by GetFood. However, GetFood does not guarantee delivery times and is not liable for any damages or losses arising from delays in delivery.

b. Delivery Address. You are responsible for providing a delivery address that is accurate and complete. GetFood is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address.

c. Delivery Fees. GetFood may charge a delivery fee for each order. The delivery fee will be displayed to you before you place your order.

d. Receipt of Products. You or a designated recipient must be present at the delivery address to receive the Products. If you are not available
